Good morning – I just started following you on Twitter last week and have enjoyed reading your blog. Almost 4 years ago I came to a cross roads with my MS – start Tysabri infusions or ???? That is when I found the MS Recovery Diet Book and was inspired to start swimming again. I drastically changed my diet and swam 4 days a week with my local Masters’ swim team. Within 2 weeks my family started noticing changes and within a couple of months it became evident that I had not felt that well in 14 years!! I am a total believer that exercise and nutrition can make a gigantic difference in MS. Thanks for showing up in my life and reminding me that I am not alone!
